I hired Natural Settings in December to shrink-wrap my backyard furniture.  They charged a fair price, came when they said they would (which by itself is enough to be better than most these days) and they did a good job and left my yard neat and clean when they were done.  But the best part was that when I woke up Wednesday morning (almost 3 months later) I saw that one of the wrap jobs had blown off in the heavy winds we had the night before.  I sent a text around 7am letting them know, and asking if it can be redone.  Honestly, i doubted i'd even hear back from anyone, but I had a response within minutes, offering to come back and redo it right away, or a partial refund.  I went w the partial refund and it was venmoed to me before 730 that morning.  Bottom line is they did great work in the first place, and they stand behind their work if something goes wrong!  Prompt, courteous customer service!  I highly recommend these guys!

I used Natural Settings to Powerwash and seal the cedar deck around my inground pool. The deck is only 6 years old but it was looking a little worn. The Natural Settings team was great from the start, they returned calls, they called ahead to say when they would be here, they came when they said they would, they did what they promised. Those things seem minor but it can be frustrating when it doesn't happen that way.  I have done powerwashing in the past, I know how careful you need to be with cedar, these guys took great care to ensure they did not damage a single board. They sealed it with clear seal and the deck looks brand new. On top of all that, they charged a very fair price, and they discovered a wasp nest under the deck I did npt know was there (sorry about that). I will definitly use Natural Settings again, thank you to the entire Natural Settings team.

Everything about it went great. I requested a quote to stain my cedar deck around my pool. Pete from Natural Settings contacted me and suggested a clear water repellent rather than a stain, and explained why. I took his advise. He arrived when he said he would, he and his son worked quickly. They were very careful to make sure the repellent did not get into the pool. When they were done, Pete explained what they had done, and what I should expect. He also gave me some tips on how best to maintain it going forward. The deck looks like new, I could not be happier. I will definitely use Natural Settings again. One last item, when I saw Pete and his son loading their equipment back into the truck, I went out to talk with them. I "caught" Pete fixing my gate. My latch had been loose for months. I was aware of it but never got around to fixing it. Pete took the time to do this without being asked. It only took a few minutes but it was something he didn't have to do, he could have left it how he found it. I highly recommend Natural Settings.

Owner, Peter from Natural Settings was so accommodating from his estimate until the finished project.  He was able to give me an estimate the same night I called. He had recommendations how to go forward to restore my deck. It needed major re-sanding work to rid it of terrible cupping issues. He even recommended someone else to do that because a special sanding machine was necessary for the job to be done properly. He replaced many rotted and cracked boards, which I kept finding, and he made numerous trips without ever hesitating. After it was sanded, he and Chris were able to re-stain the deck and now it looks better than new. He suggested I call Consumer Affairs to check out his rating, which I did, and he had no complaints. I understand why, because he was very professional, friendly, punctual and reasonable. I plan on using him again in the future to keep the deck looking great and will recommend him to others.

I actually found Peter (Natural Settings) on Angies list and called him based on his "A" rating and very positive feedback from his customers. When I called Peter he was extremely professional and very helpful. He came to my home to give me an estimate on my pool deck within a day or two. He was very knowledgable with what needed to be done so I gave him the job. Note, I also had contacted about three other companies for estimates and found Peter's price to be fair but most importantly he was sincere and honest.
Peter and Chris arrived early in the morning and did the powerwashing on the deck which came out great. The deck looked brand new again. They came back a few days later to stain the deck which also came out beautiful exceeding my expectation. My neighbors all complimented the deck and wanted to know who I used. 
I was so satisfied with Peter's work that I hired him back to do my house deck which is quite large, same work, powerwashing and staining. He brought this 25 year old deck back to life, looking brand new again! While Peter was here he noticed some of the wood on my pool deck fadied a bit, so he went back and stained the deck floor again at no charge which I really appreciated.

It went awesome!! He came quickly & did a beautiful job. My deck looks brand new & the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend & would totally hire again. Great company that did a great job.
