I hired Natural Settings in December to shrink-wrap my backyard furniture. They charged a fair price, came when they said they would (which by itself is enough to be better than most these days) and they did a good job and left my yard neat and clean when they were done. But the best part was that when I woke up Wednesday morning (almost 3 months later) I saw that one of the wrap jobs had blown off in the heavy winds we had the night before. I sent a text around 7am letting them know, and asking if it can be redone. Honestly, i doubted i'd even hear back from anyone, but I had a response within minutes, offering to come back and redo it right away, or a partial refund. I went w the partial refund and it was venmoed to me before 730 that morning. Bottom line is they did great work in the first place, and they stand behind their work if something goes wrong! Prompt, courteous customer service! I highly recommend these guys!
The team at Natural Settings did a SUPERIOR job power washing all our pavers and patios as well as our fences. They are now spotless and look like new. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I used Natural Settings to Powerwash and seal the cedar deck around my inground pool. The deck is only 6 years old but it was looking a little worn. The Natural Settings team was great from the start, they returned calls, they called ahead to say when they would be here, they came when they said they would, they did what they promised. Those things seem minor but it can be frustrating when it doesn't happen that way. I have done powerwashing in the past, I know how careful you need to be with cedar, these guys took great care to ensure they did not damage a single board. They sealed it with clear seal and the deck looks brand new. On top of all that, they charged a very fair price, and they discovered a wasp nest under the deck I did npt know was there (sorry about that). I will definitly use Natural Settings again, thank you to the entire Natural Settings team.

Professional, arrived on time for both estimate and job. Cleaned and power washed our wood deck and returned 2 days later after deck dried to stain. Did a great job. Pleasant and polite owner-operator/ family business. Price was better than another estimate we had. They even returned the day after staining to replace furniture on the deck. Everything about it went great. I requested a quote to stain my cedar deck around my pool. Pete from Natural Settings contacted me and suggested a clear water repellent rather than a stain, and explained why. I took his advise. He arrived when he said he would, he and his son worked quickly. They were very careful to make sure the repellent did not get into the pool. When they were done, Pete explained what they had done, and what I should expect. He also gave me some tips on how best to maintain it going forward. The deck looks like new, I could not be happier. I will definitely use Natural Settings again. One last item, when I saw Pete and his son loading their equipment back into the truck, I went out to talk with them. I "caught" Pete fixing my gate. My latch had been loose for months. I was aware of it but never got around to fixing it. Pete took the time to do this without being asked. It only took a few minutes but it was something he didn't have to do, he could have left it how he found it. I highly recommend Natural Settings.
